摘要
为满足超高速加工的要求 ,近年来出现了一种新型的直线电动机伺服驱动进给方式。文章结合我校自行研制的GD - 3型高速直线电动机进给单元 ,介绍了在设计直线电动机高速进给单元时直线电动机参数的计算和进给单元结构布局的选择 ,并研究了直线电动机的防磁和散热问题、工作台和导轨等部件的设计以及直线电动机控制系统等有关问题。研究表明 ,直线电动机在高速数控机床上具有良好的应用前景。
A new servo feed mode driven by linear motor comes out in recent years in order to meet the requirement of high speed machining. The calculation of linear motor′s parameters in design of high speed feed unit driven by linear motor and selection principle of structure arrangement are introduced on the basis of GD 3 high speed feed unit driven by linear motor developed by Guangdong University of Technology. Researches are made on anti magnet and heat radiation of linear motor, design of components such as worktable, guideway, etc. and control system for linear motor. It points out that linear motor has a good application prospect in high speed CNC machine tools.
