摘要
分析了碳对预合金粉制作钢结硬质合金组织的影响 ,论述了WC与复式碳化物的形成过程。分析结表明 :WC析出的数量与组织中的碳量有关 ,碳黑加入量为 0 6% ,其组织可接近传统钢结硬质合金组织。
In this paper are analyzed the effects of carbon on microstructures of steel-bonded cemented carbides from prealloyed powder.Formation of WC and compound carbide is described.The results showed that the amount of WC precipitates is dependant on the carbon content,the addition of 0.6% of carbon black can resutlt in microstructure similar to that of the traditional steel-bonded cemented carbide.
