摘要
教育管理学通常被认为是一门纯粹应用性和技术性的学科。这种认识遮蔽了教育管理学弥显珍贵的批判反思属性。教育管理学中的批判反思大致有两种不同的类型 :常规型批判反思与创新型批判反思。无论是何种类型的批判反思 ,我国目前的教育管理学都亟待加强。教育管理学的批判反思属性 ,既要求理论研究者在整个探索过程中确立起教育管理的“批判观”和实践意识 ,也要求实际工作者对支配自身思想言行的内隐观念展开反思。
It is believed that educational administration is purely an applied science and technical science, these probably cover up the more important characteristic of critical reflection in educational administration. The conventionally critical reflection and the creatively one ,as two different types of critical reflection, both are imperative duties in educational administration's research in China today. The essential of critical reflection demands the researchers to accept the critical and practical perspectives ,as well as demands the practitioners to reflect their own implicit theories dominating their minds, words and deeds.
