摘要
建国 5 0年来 ,我国民族高等教育事业发展迅速 ,成绩巨大 ,但同时也存在教育观念落后、发展水平低、办学特色不突出、投入不足等问题。面向新世纪 ,民族高等教育应进一步转变观念、突出特色、大胆创新、完善立法、加大投入 ,以迎接知识经济的挑战 。
In the past 50 years,since China was founded China's ethnic higher education made great achievements with the goverment's series of specific policies, but there still exist many problems such as some underdeveloped educational issues,etc.So it's urgent to transform the old issues and make creations on the regulations and investments for ethnic higher education's further development.
