摘要
在四球机上研究了二烷基二硫代磷酸化氧钼(MoDTP)摩擦改进剂及其与硫型、磷型、硫-磷型添加剂复合的抗磨减摩性能,发现经过适当复配后,这3类含活性元素的添加剂对MoDTP的抗磨减摩性能均有增效作用;并且同一类型添加剂的活性愈高,复合后增效作用愈显著。同时,利用扫描电镜和电子探针能谱进行摩擦副表面膜的形貌照相及元素分析,对硫型、磷型、硫-磷型添加剂与MoDTP复合作用的机制进行了初步探讨。结果表明,在一定条件下,这3类添加剂与MoDTP的复合,可加速MoDTP在摩擦副表面的成膜过程,提高表面膜中的钼(Mo)含量。文章建议,在实际应用中,为提高油品的抗磨减摩性能,最好将MoDTP与二异丙基二硫磷酸锌(ZDTP)复合使用。
The four-ball machine is used to investigate the Wear-reducing and friction-reducing effect of sulfurized oxymolybdenum di-(iso-propyl)-dithiophosphate (MoDTP) combined with additives containing sulfur, phosphor or both. The synergistic effect is observed through an appropriate combination. For the same kind of additives combined, the more active the additive is the better the synergistic effect The mechanism of combination is also studied with the aid of SEM and EPMA. The results show that under certain conditions, the film-forming process is accelerated and the molybdenum content in surface film. increases when MoDTP is combined with the above mentioned additives. Finally. it is suggested that MoDTP combine with ZDTP in practical usage for better effect of wear and friction reduction.
