摘要
艺术教育以其对受教育者的思想政治、科学文化、审美水平等多方面素质的培养，在社会主义精神文明建设中发挥着不可替代的作用。河北省悠久的文化、历史，具有地方特色的文学艺术形式，可以作为艺术教育的素材，受教育者乐意接受。艺术教育对我省精神文明建设的作用可以在使社会和谐发展、使道德意识得到提高、使科学知识得以传播等方面表现出来。
Art education plays a non－ fungible role in cultural and ideological progress because the thinking and politics,science and culture,the level of aesthetics of people who have received it will be cultivated Hebei Province possesses both a civilization of long standing and a long history.Its literature and art forms which display the local characteristics can be regarded as source marterial of art education and be agreeably accepted by the people.The effects of art education in Hebei Province cultural and ideological progress will be shown in social development ethics improvement,knowledge spread,ets.
