摘要
文章介绍了一种新型叉口万向节,它既可以传递扭矩又可以承受轴向力,且由于扭矩和轴向力是通过不同部位分开传递的,从而改善了它的受力状况。该万向节具有结构紧凑、可靠性高等特点,适用于受力比较复杂、结构尺寸受到限制和工作角度不大的传动,特别适应于用涡轮钻具打定向井和丛式井的特殊钻井工况。通过理论分析,找出其运动规律为tgφ_1=tgφ_2·cosα,说明该万向节为不等速传动。同时用有限元方法和电测试验获取了多组数据,并回归了一套工程上实用的强度验算公式,可作为该万向节系列设计时强度校核的依据。
This paper introduces a new type of universal joint, capable of transfering the torque and supporting the thrust load. Noted for its compact structure and reliable operation, it is convenient for use where its working angle is small, its sizes are limited, and the forces to be transfered are complex. It is suitable for the turbodrills designed to drill directional or cluster wells. The kinematic regular pattern abtained by theoretical analysis for this joint is tgφ_1=tgφ_2cosα, which shows that the motion of the universal joint is variable. At the same time, a set of engineering-oriented formulae for strength checking are developed with the aid of finite element simulating test. The results form the bases for designing the universal joint.
