摘要
通过实验对照、心理测量及生理测定等方法 ,对 6 0名大学生参与民族体育舞蹈练习进行追踪研究 .发现从事本项活动前后的心理变化比较明显 ,对参加者的视觉反应、动作速度等均有良好影响 .表明民族体育舞蹈能够使大学生的心理活动水平得到改善 ,对促进他们的身心健康会起到积极作用 .
Through experimental contrast,psychometric and physiologial measure,a series of changes in body and mind of sixty students who have taken part in national sports dance are investigated.It is found that there is an obvious psychological change after the activity.National sports dance has a effective influence on the students visual sense,speed of movements.The conclusions are that national sports dance can improve college students level of psychological activity and has a positive influence on the development of their physical and mental health.
