摘要
以聚乙烯醇 (PVA)为基体的载体包埋丙酮丁醇梭菌 (Clostridium acetobutylicum)制备固定化细胞 ,同时用玉米芯为载体吸附丙酮丁醇梭菌制备固定化细胞 .并分别进行了静止分批、循环换玉米培养基发酵生产丙酮丁醇的试验 .
The methods of preparing immobilized cells by means of entrapement of clostridium acetobutylicum 1 70 in the carrier with PVA as the base and by means of absorption of clostridium acetobutylicum 1 70 in the corncob as the carrier are recommended.The experiments have been done to produce acetone and butenol in a statical way in batches and by changing the corn as medium circulatingly.
