许衡是元代杰出的政治家、教育家、思想家 ,也是一位伟大的文章学家。他一生写作不辍 ,著作等身。文章内容广博 ,文体齐备。在文章理论的建树上 ,他主张文质统一 ,文德一致 ,师古必须随时 ,讲究文章为社会现实服务。
Xu Heng was a prominent politician,educator,thinker and a great writer who studied writings in Yuan Dynasty.He took up writing as his career and went on until his death.His writings were piled up to his own height.i.e.he was a prolific author.The contents of his essays are extensive and his literary form is complete and available.In major attainments of theoretical writings he advocated that essays should be integrated with qualities,and consistent with one's virtue.Following the examples of ancient people must conform to the historical trend of the times and serve the social reality.
