摘要 在低温下用浓硝酸及过氧化氢消化人发至消化液呈透明淡棕色 ,加乳化剂OP溶解消化过程中所产生的油脂 ,可获得一均匀的样品乳浊液。取适量乳浊液配制成试液 ,喷入空气 -乙炔火焰 ,以氘灯进行背景吸收扣除 ,用标准加入法测定。对样品处理条件、干扰的消除及方法的准确度进行了考查。本方法的测定结果与灰化法一致 ,相对误差小于± 0 4%。t检验表明 ,两种方法之间无显著性差异。方法简便。 Under low temperature human hair sample was digested by concentrated nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide,till the digestion solution presented transparent pale brown The fat and oil produced from digestion of hair sample were solved by emulsifier OP added in digestion solution, a homogeneous emulsion was gained. Test solutions prepared by appropriate amount of the emulsion were injected into air acetylene flame and the standard addition method was used to determine with background correction of deuterium lamp Condition of sample pretreatment,elimination of interferences and method accuracy were studied Determination results were consistent with those obtained by ashing method The relative error between them was less than ±0 4% This method is convenient and accurate
