摘要
给定n个复数λ0 ， λ1 ，… λn－1 ，是否存在n阶循环矩阵或反循环矩阵A，使得λ0 ， λ1 ，… λn－1是矩阵A的特征值？本文称这类问题为循环矩阵与反循环矩阵的特征反问题，并给出了肯定的回答．
：This paper studies the problem that whether exsists a n－order circular matrix or counter circular matrix A which has characteristic value． If complex number are given﹖We call this kind of problem an anti－problem about the characteristic value of circular matrix and countercircular matrix， and give it a positive answer．
