摘要
对待轧过程进行数学模型研究 ,定量分析了供热制度变化对钢坯出炉温度的影响 ,提出待轧时应遵循燃料均匀减量的原则。根据不同待轧时间 ,采用多目标灰色局势决策方法 ,得出了相应合理的待轧优化控制策略。模拟结果表明 :该方法具有良好的动态性能 。
The mathematical model for delay process is studied in this paper. The principle of uniform reduction of delay is presented in a quantitative analysis of the effect of heating schedule on discharging temperature. For different delay time, the optimal strategies have been obtained by using the method of multi-target gray state decision. The results of simulation indicate that this method has good dynamic characteristics and is adaptive for on-line control.
