采用双频电感应加热、压缩空气欠速淬火技术研制的 PD375 kg/ m含钒微合金热处理钢轨 ,钢轨成分 (% ) :C0 .74~ 0 .81,Si0 .6 0~ 0 .90 ,Mn0 .70~ 1.0 5 ,V0 .0 5~ 0 .12。热处理钢轨硬化层深度≥ 15 mm,HRC≥ 36 .0 ,硬化层组织为全细珠光体 ,σ0 .2 =890~ 10 10 MPa,σb=12 90~ 1390 MPa,δ5 =10 %~ 13% ,常温aku=2 0~ 32 J/ cm2 ,KIC平均值为 46 .3MPa· m1 /2 。该钢轨强度高、韧性好。使用寿命比同线路的 U
