摘要
针对实际存在的问题,提出了我国施工企业在深化ISO9000族标准工作中应由受益者推动方式向管理者推动方式转变、选择适宜质量成本因素改进质量体系运行、把实施ISO9000族标准和推动全面质量管理结合起来之对策。
Aiming at the problem in carrying out ISO9000, this paper suggests that the operation pattern should be transformed from beneficiary-boost to supervisor-boost, proper quality and cost factor should be selected to improve quality management, and carrying out ISO9000 and promoting omnibearing quality management should be combined.
