摘要
用油菜素内酯 (BR)和细胞分裂素 (KT)处理草莓 (丰香 )植株 ,观察干旱胁迫后植株鲜重、干重的变化 ,以及超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化物酶 (POD)的活性和膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛 (MDA)含量的变化。结果表明 ,用 BR处理对干旱胁迫初期的草莓有促进生长和增加干物质积累的作用 ;BR处理后再经干旱处理 ,初期草莓叶片中的 SOD和 POD活性显著高于水分胁迫对照 ,MDA含量显著低于水分胁迫对照。两种浓度 BR处理 ,以浓度 0 .2 m g· L- 1的作用较强 ;并初步探讨了 BR的作用机理。 KT处理在初期对草莓生长有一定的促进作用 ,但随胁迫时间延长而表现出不良影响 ;KT与 SOD、 POD、 MDA无直接的相关关系。
The activities of SOD and POD in strawberry leaves were influenced by BR and KT under drought stress.In the initial stage (3 d) of the water stress,the activities of SOD and POD in the strawberry leaves treated with BR were higher than that in CK 2. The amount of MDA in the strawberry leave treated with BR was less than that in CK 2.For two concentrations of BR,effect of BR 2(0 2 mg·L -1 )was better than that of BR 1(0 1 mg·L -1 ).The activities of SOD and POD were not influenced by KT under water stress.
