钨合金铸铁经K、Na变质处理后 ,共晶碳化物由网状分布变成团球状分布 ,碳化物明显细化和分布均匀化。分析了碳化物团球化机理 ,碳化物形态改善导致钨合金铸铁的冲击韧度和抗冲击磨损性能明显提高。变质钨合金铸铁用于制造球磨机衬板 ,使用寿命比高锰钢衬板提高
K and Na modification,eutectics carbide turns into nodular from network form,carbide is fined and is even distributed.We analyze the mechanism of carbide spheroidizing.Because of the improvement of carbide shape,the impact toughness and impact wear_resistance of tungsten alloy white cast iron liner is obviously improved.The service life of modified tungsten alloy white cast iron is two times higher than that of high manganese steel liner.
