摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性咽疗效。方法２４８例随机分为 ２组，对照组 ９８例，应用复方硼砂溶液漱口每 ０．５～６次；含服华素片 ３．０ｍｇ／次，４次／日。治疗组 １５０例，在对照组治疗的基础上进行中医辨证分型中药汤剂治疗，２日１剂，日服３次。２组均２个月为１个疗程。结果 治疗组总效率为７８．７％，对照组为３３．７％，２组比较有极显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论 中西医结合治疗慢性咽炎疗效确切。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on chronic pharyngitis Methods 248 patients of chrome pharyngitis were randomly allocat-ed to two groups. In control group ( n =98) patients were treated with Hua Su tablet (3.0mg four times a day) with compound borax mouth washing, and in treatment group ( n = 150) decoctions were taken under therapy of control treatment, with duration of 2 months in both groups. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group (78.7%) compared with those in control group (33.7%, P <0.01). Conclusions Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on chronic pharyngitis has a definite therapeutic effect on chronic pharyngitis.
