摘要
目的 总结介入化疗治疗晚期胰腺癌的临床疗效。方法 用Seedinger法将导管超选至腹腔动脉或肠系膜上动脉 ,依次灌注MMC、ADM、5 FU ,同时静脉点滴CF。对照组采用静脉疗法 ,方案与治疗组相同。结果 CR 4例 ,PR 7例 ,有效率 42 3% ,中位生存期 11 5个月。均明显高于对照组。
Objective To summarize the clinical effects of intervention al chemotlherapy in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancers.Methods All the 52 cases of advanced pancreatic cancers were di vided at random into 2 groups. In the test group, 26 cases, catheterization into the coeliac artery or superior mesenteric artery by Seldinger's method was used . MCC ADM, and 5-FU were injected susccessively with intravenous driping of CF simultaneously. In the control group,26 cases, same regime of chemotherapy was u sed through intravenous route. Results There were 4 cases of CR and 7 cases of PR in the test group, with and effetive rate of 42.3%. The median survival time was 11.5 months. These results were significantly higher than th ose of control group.Conclusion The interventional chemotherapy is one of the effective treatment of advanced pancreastic cancers.
