Nd :GdVO4晶体的吸收谱和荧光谱表明 ,晶体在 80 8.5nm有吸收峰 ,其发射波长 91 2 .6nm ,1 0 63.1nm和 1 341 .3nm .晶体中掺Nd浓度为 1 .5 6at%Nd :GdVO4的4F3/ 2 荧光寿命为 1 0 0μs.用 3W激光二极管 (LD)泵浦 1mm厚的Nd :GdVO4晶体 ,得到了 1 .72W、1 0 63nm和 80 0mW、1
The absorption and emission spectra of Nd:GdVO\-4 crystal have been measured.The wavelength of the mail absorption peak is centered at 808.5 nm,and three main emission peaks are centered at 912.6,1 063.1 and 1 341.3 nm.The fluorescence lifetime of 4F 3/2 for 1.56 at% Nd\+\{3+\} doped in GdVO\-4 crystal is 100 μs.Under the pumping power of 3 W laser diode(LD),the output powers are 1.27 W at 1 063 nm and 800 mW at 1 341 nm.
