摘要
目的:建立一种快速用高效液相色谱法测定双扑伪麻胶囊中3组份含量的方法。方法:使用C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-磷酸二氢钾-三乙胺(24∶76∶0.02),流速为 0.8 ml·min-1,紫外检测波长215 nm。结果:对乙酰氨基酚在2.608~7.874 mg·ml-1浓度范围内,r=0.9970,R SD为1.2%,回收率为99.7%;盐酸伪麻黄碱在151.56~454.68μg·ml -1浓度范围内, r=0.9930,RSD为2.2%,回收率为99.3%;氯苯那敏在 10.36~31.08 μg·ml-1浓度范围内,r为0.9970,RSD为1.1% ,回收率为102.6%。结论:方法可行,快速准确地检测双扑伪麻胶囊中3组份含量,操作简便,结果准确。
:OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid method to determine 3 components in Shuangpuweima capsule by higg-performance liquid chromatog raphy. METHODS The three components were eluted with CH3OH∶KH2PO 4∶N(CH3CH2)3(24∶76∶0.02,V/V,0.8 ml·min-1) on C18 column and were determined at 215 nm.RESULTS The concentration range of paracetamol was 2.608~7.824 mg·ml-1, r=0.9970,RSD=1.2%,the recovery was 99.7%;and the concentrati on of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride was 151.56~454.68μg·ml-1, r=0.9930,RSD=2.2%,the range was 99.3%;and the that of chlorph eniramine was 10.36~31.08 μg·ml-1 r=0.9970,RSD=1. 1%,the recovery was 102.6%. CONCLUSIONS The method can be used to determine the concentration of the three components in Shuangpuweima capsule rapidly and accurately.
