摘要
目的 应用三种不同鉴定方法－biomerieux（生物－梅里埃）系列鉴定条对肠杆菌阳性检出率进行比较。 方法 对初次分离培养的200份洁尿、大便标本中涂片G－杆菌分别进行快速肠杆菌（快速ID32E）、肠杆菌（ID32E）及革兰阴性杆菌鉴定条（ID32GN）试验。菌液稀释加样反应，置37℃恒温箱培养4h或24h，用ATB自动鉴定仪读数并输入计算机分析报告结果。结果 三种鉴定条对临床五种常见致病菌的检出率经统计学方差检验，P＞0．05。 结论 三种鉴定条对常见五种致病肠杆菌检出率无差异，其中快速肠杆菌鉴定条在肠杆菌鉴定上具有迅速、简便等优点，缺点是对某些菌株检出率稍低，培养时间要求准确，较难把握。肠杆菌鉴定条为肠杆菌科细菌鉴定的首选方法，革兰氏阴性杆菌鉴定条鉴定面稍广，方法简便。
Objective To compare the positive rates of three Biomerieux strips in identification of enterobacterium． Methods 200 samples of urine and feces were detected for enterobacterium by the Biomerieux methods of rapid ID32E ID32E and ID32GN． Bactrial suspension were diluted and responsed cultered for 4 or 24 hours in 37℃ reading the results by ATB automatic analyzer and to be reported by the computer． Results The detectable rates of common 5 enterobacterium with three Biomerieux strips were not significantly differentP＞0．05． Conclusions Rapid ID32E was simple and quick ID32E shoued a better identificational method and ID32GN was used simply and widely for detecting enterobacterium．
