摘要
21世纪是基因科学高度发展的世纪 ,针灸学可望在“后基因组时代”中发挥重要的作用。笔者认为针灸学在关键性功能基因调控方面优势明显 ,针灸的作用机理研究可望通过借鉴基因科学的先进的理论与技术而有所突破 ,并借鉴针灸治疗溃疡性结肠炎的研究思路 ,提出了 2 1世纪针灸学的研究思路与发展方向。
The 21th century will be a century of high degree of development in gene science.Acup moxibustion science may play an important role in the “later genome times”.The authors hold that acup moxibustion science has obvious advantages in regulation of critical functional genes;studies on mechanisms of acupuncture and moxibustion may have some breakthrough by means of advanced theories and techniques of gene science.They also put forward research thinking and development direction of acup moxibustion science in the 21th century based on thinking of study on treatment of ulcerative colitis with acupuncture and moxibustion.
