摘要
采用骨髓细胞制片法.对逊克产中国林蛙(Rana chensinensis)的染色体组型分析表明.其染色体数目为 2n=24.分为3组. A组(第1~5对); B组(第 6对); C组(第 7~ 12对)。第 l~ 5对染色体的短臂上靠近着丝粒部位往往有一次缢痕第2、;8、10、12对染色体的长臂上也往往有次缢痕、而第10对染色体的长臂上次缢痕是衡定的。雌雄个体间未见异型染色体.
In this paper, the karyotype of Rana chensinensis in Xunke were analysed by means of marrow cell production methods. The results showed that(the chromosome number is 2n=24 and they are divided into three groups: A group(l~ 5); B group(6) C group(7 ~ 12). The secondary constriction was found near the centromere on the short arm of chromosomes 1 ~ 5, and also the secondary constriction was found on the long arm of chromosomes 2, 8. 10 and 12. but it is constancy on the long arm of chromosome 10. The isomerism chromosome was not found between female and male bodies.
