摘要
本文就漆包线成品黑斑问题进行了全面讨论.将黑斑分为三类:氧化黑斑、碳化黑斑、盐腐蚀黑斑。深入分析了黑斑产生的原因,并提出了相应的对策,退火水中氯离子浓度限度这一难题得到解决,并用摩尔法对氯离子浓度地进行测定和监测。
The black stain problem in enamelled wires production is systematically discussed. There are three types ofblack stain:oxidation.carbonation and salt corrosion black stain. The reason of black stain is deeply analysed,and relevantcountermeasures are recommended. The concentration limit of chloride ion in annealing oven circulation water is defined. Theconcentration of chloride ion is measured by Molar method.
