摘要
本文给出了一类特殊拟正则半群,即群的矩阵的膨胀的一系列刻划。在给出它的若干特征之后,指出这一类半群也是群的矩阵的幂零元—理想扩张,但反之未必成立。最后给出它的结构定理。
In this paper,we have given some characteristics and structures of a kind special quasi-regular semigroups, that is, the inflation of matrix of groups. After some prelimenaries, we have obtained that the semigroup is further nil-extension of the matrix of groups,but the converse is not all true. At the end of this paper,the structure theorem has been established specially.
