摘要
目的 :探讨射频透热对癌痛的疗效。方法 :设置两个非随机同期对照组 :45例射频热疗组 ,5 1例非手术常规治疗组。观察病种肺、食道、肝、胃、膀胱、卵巢等 6个部位的恶性肿瘤。热疗组 ( 1 / 3病例为热化疗 ) 3d治疗 1次 ,60～ 80min ;1个疗程 8次后比较两组止痛效果。结果 :热疗组的有效率 89%明显高于对照组 35 % ,χ2 =2 8.91 ,P <0 0 1。其中热疗组 1 7例于第 1～ 2次后即出现止痛效果 ,且止痛有效率及持续时间与治疗次数成正比。结论 :射频热疗能有效控制恶性肿瘤严重癌痛 ,且无明显副作用 ,并能切实改善患者的生活质量。
Objective:To study the effect of ra diofrequency hyperthermia in treatment of cancer pain.Methods:96 cases with canc er pain were divided into two treatment groups.45 cases received rediofrequence hyperthermia and 51 cases non-surgical routine treatment.The origin of malignant tumors included lung?esophugus?liver?stomache?bladder?ovary.Hyperthermia tr eatment(one third chemo-hyperthermia)lasted 60-80 minutes,once evenly three days ,consecutively 8 times,for each patient.Results:the effective rate in hypertherm ia groups was 89%,while the routine treatment groups was 35%,x 2=28.91, P<0 01.In hyperthermia group the analgesic effects were observed after one or two treatment in 17 cases.the effective rate and duration increase with more treatment.conclution:radiofrequency hyperthermia could effectively relieve serious cancer pain,without obvious side effects and improve the life quality.
