摘要
分析了基础实验室室管模式存在的问题，指出基础实验室实行系管模式的必要性， 提出了系管模式实施过程中应解决的几个问题。
Based on the analysis of the existing problems of the teaching and rese arching group management mode of the basic laboratories,this paper points out th e necessity of departmental management mode of the basic laboratories and presen ts some problems to be solved during the practice.
