摘要
通过实验的方法研究了 Al-不锈钢电刷镀 Ni/Cu过渡层钎焊中 Ni层的作用,并对 Ni层进行了机理分析。研究结果表明, Ni层能很好地起到阻挡 Al,Fe等原子扩散的作用, 界面上虽然生成了少量的 AlCu3,但不影响焊缝的强度,接头的强度能达到 33.6 MPa。
This paper studies the effect of Ni layer on Al-Stainless steel indir ect brazing with brushing Ni-Cu layers on stainless steel by experiments.The r esult of the experiments shows that the Ni layer can stop the atoms of Al and Fe from diffusion.Though there is some AlCu 3 produced,its quantity is too little to affect the strength of the joint.The strength of the joint can reach 30.66 MP a.
