摘要
作为向国际化大都市迈进的现代化城市，北京应加快社区商业的建设。近期北京市商委组织了城八区１３０个社区的专项调查，理清了全市社区商业脉络。并针对社区商业服务业的发展趋势，提出了加速社区商业发展，加强配套管理的时策与措施。
Being a modern city marching into a big intemational city, Beijing should accelerate the construction of community commerce. Recently Commerce commission of Bejing municipality investi- gated specially 8 district and 130 community of Beijing, clarified the condition of Beijing community commerce, and put forward the countermeasure to accelerate the development of community commerce and to strengthen matched management, in allusion to the developing trend of community commerce service.
