摘要
制度分析的理论及方法论内核在于从一个整体的、相互联系的、辨证发展及历史的视觉 ,研究经济制度的变迁及其与社会、政治、历史、文化等因素的互动作用。经济制度及其运行轨迹并非孤立地存在 ,而是嵌入于复杂的社会关系、社会组织及文化环境之中。惟有在历史进程中 ,在总体分析和跨学科、跨文化研究的视野中 ,才能更好把握经济变迁的深层动因。
The nucleus of institutional analytical theory and its methodology is, in an integrated, inter-related, dialectically developed, and historical perspective, to study the transformation of economic system and its interactions between and among factors such as sociology, politics, history, and culture. The economic system and its movement trajectory do not exist in isolation, but inlay in very complicated social relationships, social organizations, and a cultural environment. The profound motivation for economic transformation cannot be understood unless in the historical process, by means of overall analysis and trans-disciplinary and trans-cultural studies.
