摘要
目的 探讨腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠的临床意义。方法 回顾性分析 1998年 11月～ 2 0 0 0年 11月间本院收治的 186例接受腹腔镜手术治疗的输卵管妊娠患者的临床资料。结果 本组 186例患者中 ,183例在腹腔镜下成功完成手术 ,3例中转开腹手术。全部病例术后 72h内体温均恢复正常。 3例发生穿刺口愈合不良 ,1例发生急性胰腺炎 ,均经相应的治疗后痊愈。结论 腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠成功率高 ,创伤小 ,术后患者恢复快 ,并发症少 。
Objective To investigate the clinical values of laparoscopy operation utilized in the treatment of oviducal pregnancy Method Clinical materials of 186 cases with oviducal pregnancy who were treated with laparoscopy operation in our department from Nov 1998 to Nov 2000 were retrospectively analyzed Result Operations of 183 cases were successfully completed by means of laparoscope, and operations of 3 cases were completed by laparotomy when laparopy operations failed The temperatures of all patients recovered to normal in 72 hours after the operations 3 cases were complicated with malunion of puncture positions and one case with pancreatitis, who were cured of with corresponding treatments Conclusion This technique is worth being promoted to be utilized in the treatment of oviducal pregnancy because it has high successful rate and provides little injuries and has few complications as well as patients can recover quietly Key word:oviducal pregnancy; laparoscope; operative treatment ups of rats (n=6) were sacrificed by cercial dislocation. A terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated dUTP biotion nick end labeling (TUNEL) method was used to detect apoptosis of pancreatic acinar cell and apoptosis index (AI) was evaluated.Results:Very few apoptoic acinar cells were found in SO rats. Extensive and time dependent pancreatic acinar cell apoptosis were found after AP was induced. The valuels of AI gradually rose, a maximal value presented at 6h and then declined rapidly, close to the SO level at 24h. AI of AP rats at 3h, 6h and 12h, compared with that of SO group, was significantly higher (P<0.01).Conclusion:The fact that apoptosis of pancreatic cell does exist and that pancreatic cell undergoes apoptosis maybe an important pathologic feature during AP.
