摘要
介绍了使用两个工作在不同调制波频率下的相同的时分割乘法器(TDM’s),在只考虑它的输出和两调制波频率比的情况下,就可由简化了的算法和改制后的电路,对与频率有关的系统误差进行校准的方法。结果表明:当输入信号频率从50Hz变化到10kHz时,其误差≤±50μW/W。
This paper introduce an method concerning the compensation of the time - division mul- tiplier's systematic error caused by frequency change of input signal. This method use two identical multipliers working at different internal chopping frequency, after it is only considered that the values of the output signals of multipliers and ratio of the frequency of the input to the chopping frequency, the compensation of systematic error is completed by using a simplified computing method and a developed circuit. The results show that the error are less than ±50μW/W.
