摘要
陶瓷是一种宽公差、复杂曲面的产品，产品设计与制造的技术参数繁多。通过对陶瓷产品传统设计系统的特点的分析，提出了基于CIMS环境下的陶瓷产品集成设计系统，给出了利用Internet/Intranet技术建立的网络模型，以及包括企业外部协作组和企业内部CAD及虚拟制造的陶瓷产品集成设计系统工作流程。该流程设计在实施陶瓷CIMS应用工程项目取得了很好的效果。
Ceramic is the product with the biggest tolerance and complex surface, which has various parameters for product designing and manufacturing technology. According to the analyzing characteristic of tradition design system of ceramic product, the integration design system of ceramic product under CMIS is presented. The meshwork model setup with Internet/Intranet technology, enterprise Internet/Intranet, CAD and working block diagram of the integration design system for virtual manufacturing ceramic product is given. The application of the design of system flow in ceramic CIMS is proved to obtain best practical effects.
