稳定性过氧化氢(H2O2)应用于啤酒生产过程的消毒 ,具有杀菌效果好 ,可有效控制啤酒中双乙酰指标反弹 ,保持啤酒风味稳定。H2O2 无毒、无味、安全性高 ,其有效浓度为0.05 %以上。(单雨)
H2O2 is a nontoxic and flavourless compound with high safety and its effective concentration is above 0.05%. Its application as disinfectant in beer brewing could not only present satisfactory sterilizing effects but also effectively control index rebound of diacetyl and keep the stability of beer flavour.(
