摘要
对固定化酵母的两种装填方式进行比较 ,一种是在发酵罐中装填 ,一种是在酵母罐中装填。实践表明 ,第二种装填方式各项消耗指标低 ,平均酒分高 ,残糖低 ,因酒母罐体积小 ,便于杀菌 ,从而保证了酒母质量。(一平)
One approach to load of stationary yeast is operated in fermentation tanks and the other one in yeast tanks. We compared with the two approaches and found that the later one was better because of its lower consumption, higer average alcohol content and lower residual sugar, and the small volumn of yeast tanks easier for sterilization which could then ensure the yeast quality
