摘要
文中介绍了用于多梳经编织物的花型设计系统。该系统不仅可以设计花型 ,得到上机所需的各项工艺参数 (垫纱数码、穿经循环等 ) ,还可以管理、查询所有花型 ,并且能够打印输出生产所需的工艺单。该系统界面美观友好 ,功能齐全 ,操作简便 ,并已在企业实际使用 ,用户反映较好 ,它显著提高了花型设计效率 ,有助于工厂的生产管理。
A CAD pattern design system for multi bar warp knitted fabric is introduced. With this system, a variety of technological parameters which are necessary in knitting process, such as code of inserted yarn, drawing in repeat and etc can be provided; all the patterns can be handled and inquired; processing sheet required in production can also be printed out.Thanks to its advantages of complete functions, simple operation and user friendly interface,favourable response from customers has been got when it was used in some enterprises. Evidently, the efficiency of pattern design is thus increased considerably and it is very helpful to the management of production.
