摘要
本文初步论述了基层医院青年医师如何健康成长的具体方法问题,包括正视客观现实、讲究正确方法、充分发挥个人的主观能动作用,积极利用一切有利因素等。文章强调指出,通过反复临床实践不断提高独立分析问题和解决问题的能力始终应该是广大青年医师努力的正确方向。
Practical methods on how young doctors working in minor hospitals can grow up normally have been demonstrated. They include: 1. studying hard in medical theory 2. concentrating on clinical practice 3. combining theory with practice closely 4. utilizing every good opportunity effectively 5. a personal supposition of the advanced training to the excellent young doctors in the minor hospitals. It has also been emphasized that continuously developing the ability in analyzing and solving problems independently through clinical practice is always the right way or direction for the young doctors to strive.
