摘要
对醋酸纤维素中空纤维膜渗透器分离N2-CH4-He三元混合气进行了实验研究,并对膜渗透器级联系统作了讨论。基于膜面积要求和功耗比较,建议采用膜分离法与深冷法相结合的天然气提氦方案。
The separation of He-N2-CH4 mixture was accomplished in a permeator with assymmetrichollow fibers of cellulose acetate. On the base of permeator models, the permeation cascades werestudied. As the results, the process of enriching Helium by permeation with cryogenics was recommended. in view of the pumping power and membrane area requirement.
