摘要
本文提出了一种新的压缩编码方法。该方法具有以下特点:1.各码码长相等,均为8bit;2.编码、解码方便且速度快;3.特别适合于文本图象的编码压缩,对一般的文本图象,压缩比为1:6～8;4.通讯中遇到干扰时可恢复图象,亦即比Huffman 编码有很强的抗干扰性能。
A new method of code compressing image is presented.This method hasfour advantages:1.Every code has the same length of 8 bits.2.Coding anddecoding can be performed very easy and quickly.3.The method is especiallysuitable for compressing text image.The compressing rate is about 1:8.4.It hasbetter property of disturbance-resistance in transmitting compared with Huffmancoding.
