为了使密码学广泛地应用在计算机领域中,并有效及合理地对信息加以保密,本文提出了一种全公开密码体制并对其正确性和安全性给予了论证。
In order to make crypotogram to be used widely in the domain of thecomputer,and to keep information secret effectively and reasonably.This paperprovides us acomplete public cryptosystem and proves its validity and safety.
