摘要
应用流体力学理论 ,通过手紧位置螺纹通道流体能量损失的求解和手紧位置处的密封实验 ,研究了螺纹脂的密封能力 .计算和实验结果表明 ,螺纹脂不仅能满足流体密封性能的要求 ,而且与机紧相配合 。
Applying fluid mechanics theory, sealing ability of thread compound is researched by calculating the energy loss of thread passage at hand tight position and the sealing experiment at hand tight position. The calculated and experimental results show that the thread compound can not only satisfy the requirement of fluid sealing performance but also eliminate the effect of geometry parameter error on sealing performance in combination with machine tight.
