摘要
论述了用TiCl4 和BaCl2 ·2H2 O作反应物、(NH4 ) 2 CO3 和NH3·H2 O作沉淀剂共沉淀合成钛酸钡的新方法 .研究了反应条件对产品质量的影响 .所制备的钛酸钡粉体纯度高 (>99.5 % ) ,粒径小 (<1m) ,钡钛比合适 (xBa/xTi=0 .98~ 1.0 2 ) .
In this paper, the new coprecipitation method of synthesis of barium titanate was described, in which TiCl 4 and BaCl 2·2H 2O were used as starting materials and (NH 4) 2CO 3 as precipitating agont. It was studied reaction conditions influencing on the quality of product. Product prepared was analyzed by chemical analysis, IR, SEM and X-ray, analysis result shows the purity of barium titanate powder prepared is high (>99.5%), particle diameter is small (<1μm)and the ratio of Ba to Ti is good(x Ba /x Ti =0.98~1.02).
