摘要 研究了不同热解条件下煤中氮的释放 ,三个不同煤阶的中国煤样在 5 0 0~ 90 0℃之间以固定床和滴落式的反应器进行热解 ;考察了煤种、终温、粒径对于NOx 前驱物 (NH3 和HCN)在热解过程中释放的影响 ;产生的含氮气体 (NH3 和HCN) This report describes the nitrogen releasing in coal pyrolysis at different conditions.Three Chinese coals of different rank were pyrolysed at temperature between 500?℃ and 900?℃ in a fixed-bed/drop-tube reactor at atmospheric pressure. The effects of coal rank, final temperature,particle sizes on the formation of NO x intermediates (HCN,NH 3) were considered.The yields of nitrogen-containing gases products(mainly NH 3,HCN) were determined as a function of pyrolysis temperature by ion chromatography after they were absorbed in basic and acidic solution,respectively.
