摘要 利用气 固相固定床反应装置考察了Cu交换的Al MCM 41对贫燃NOx 的选择性催化还原活性 ,考察了Cu含量及Al MCM 41中Si/Al比值对其的影响 .结果表明 ,O2 /C3 H6=2 0 ,S .V .=2 0 0 0 0 0h 1,5 0 0℃时NO的转化率达到80 % The Cu-Al-MCM-41 catalysts were prepared and used for the selective catalytic reduction of NO by C 3H 6 (C 3H 6-SCR) in the presence of excess oxygen. The influence of copper content and Si/Al ratio in Al-MCM-41 was investigated. The results showed that in the feed gas containing NO 0.066%, C 3H 6 0.1%, O 2 2.0% and balanced with N 2,S.V.=200?000?h -1,the NO conversion of 80% was obtained at 500?℃.
