摘要
笔者结合酮苯脱蜡工艺原理 ,建立了过滤系统的机理模型。该模型用于估算各台滤机的处理量 ,以处理量的差别评估其过滤效果 ,用以判断各台滤机需要温洗的时刻。实际温洗情况表明 ,模型能反映滤机的工作状况 ,为温洗自动识别。
Based on ketone benzol dewaxing technology, a process model suitable for filtering system was developed The processing load of every filter can be computed by means of the model By comparing computed results, the filter that need warm wash can be recognized The model was verified by actual warm wash data The model can also be used in automatic recognition of warm wash and optimization control of filtering system
