摘要
泵阀是泵的关键零件 ,其性能好坏直接影响泵的工作可靠性 ,现文从理论上阐述了在使用过程中 ,45°优于 5 5°锥面阀的道理 ;并对以球阀替代锥阀的可能性进行了探讨 ,以克服锥阀在低泵压。
The pump valve is the key part of the pump. The reliabilityof the pump′s operation was affected by the valve′s property.This thesis mainly explain why the 45° conical valve is better than the 55° conical valve during the pump in use. Then we lnquire into the possibility about the ball valve can be used instead of the conical valve in practice. If the ball valve Will be used, it would overcome the drawback of the conical valve such as the valve was block when it used in piston pump with low pump pressure and low piston strokes.
