摘要
论述了BH型镍触媒脱氧剂在5 kt/a间歇式液相本体法聚丙烯装置的应用情况,表明其脱氧深度、脱氧容量能完全满足装置的生产要求,投用后物耗下降,产品质量有一定程度的提高。
This article describes the application of BH type nickel catalyst deoxidant in 5 kt/a PP unit in the process of intermittent mass polymerization in liquid phase, showing that both deoxidation depth and deoxidation volume can fully meet the production requirement of the unit, and the materials consumption was decreased and the product quality improved after the application of this deoxidant.
