介绍一种新型的由ＰＬＣ为主控单元，传感器、单片机、触摸屏及执行器件相互关联的测控系统。通过硬件和软件的设计分析，展示了其在机电一体化设备及自动线中的应用优势。
In the paper a new type of measuring and control system in which PLC is used for main control unit and sensors, single chiP macro-computer, industrial man machine interface as well as executive devices are linked together. Though the design and analysis of hardware and software. The applied advantage of this new type system used in mechanical and electrical combined equipments and used in on line automatic production will be obviously developed.
