摘要
完善的故障监测技术对于提高驼峰自动控制系统的安全可靠性 ,降低事故发生率具有重要意义。文中介绍了一种采用功能检测技术实现在线监测功能的驼峰自动化系统。该系统在保证自动化系统控制功能的前提条件下 ,能不间断地进行周期性的功能检测 ,如发现故障会立即报警并提示维修处理 ,实现了故障预报警和设备的状态修 ,显著地减少了控制过程的失控几率。该系统同时具有驼峰整体溜放过程的实时图像再现 ,为维修使用人员分析故障和分析事故的原因提供了一种准确、便利的分析手段。
Perfect fault-detecting technology is not only valuable to improve security and reliability of hump automatic control system but also beneficial to reduce probability of fault. This paper introduces a hump automatic control system which can achieve on-line detection by function-detecting technology. Under the precondition of ensuring of system automatic functions, the system performs periodic function-detecting continuously and gives an alarm once malfunction is detected. As achieving pre-warning of faults, it is feasible to realize state maintenance of equipments and result in minimization of out-of-control probability. At the same time, it can reproduce real-time images of the complete humping procedure, which provides maintenance man an exact and convenient means for fault diagnosis and analysis.
